Permissible Video/Audio Effects:

• Logo, or slogans, still and/or animated, which identify, but DO NOT promote or endorse.
   
• Company name and exterior location.
   
• One specific product line or brand name
   
• Symbolic depiction of up to three (3) generic product lines, services or target markets, in addition to the one specific product or service. This product depiction is limited to 50% of credit time, or 5 seconds total.
   
• Street address or general location, but NO telephone numbers.
   
• Product/service demonstration is NOT allowed
   
• Packaged good outside their container is NOT permitted.
   
• No tobacco, alcohol, firearms or illegal products/services.
   
• Music and sound effects are allowed, but no lyrics sung to music
   
• No comparative claims or words reflecting product/service quality or value. Do not use words such as best, better than,  more than, superior, lowest cost, affordable, etc.
   
• No call to action, "Call now..." Visit them at..." "Ask about..."
   
• No prices, discounts, interest rates, or special offers.
   
• No host/guest product/service endorsement of company, products or services.
   
• No employee(s), company officials, or actors posing as company employees.
   

Time Allocation:

• Sponsor/Underwriter is a allotted a maximum of a 10 seconds for a single audio/video announcement
   
• Sponsor/Underwriter allotted a maximum of six 10 second announcements in any 30 minute period.
   
• Total sponsorship/underwriting announcement time in any 30 minute time period is 60 seconds.
