As you continue to eat "chemicalized," irradiated, "artificialized" food--processed beyond recognition--you also unnecessarily gamble with your long-term health and the well-being of your lives....and the further you go from your natural, essential state of being. You also in a way become artificial.

It's not about what you eat, as much as it is your awareness and relationship to food.

It's simple awareness...with food as the vehicle.

If you were born in the past five decades, the "food" and "drink" you have consumed has most likely been harmful to your body, mind and very soul.

what you eat in one way or another...

For many, the standard American diet has become commercially processed food, and non-organic, artificially grown, pesticide-laden (often frozen or canned) purchased from the nearest supermarket or convenience store, or eaten at a restaurant, too frequently of the fast food variety.

Few people take the time to read food labels (90% of the ingredients are unnatural), or, in a restaurant, ask how food was prepared. Did you know that most restaurants not only serve processed food, filled with chemicals, but also use an artificial chemical liquid when grilling or frying?

If you're still a meat eater, you wouldn't want to hear
what they feed, and inject into animals for slaughter.


Best-selling author, and noted physician, Dean Ornish, MD, and other leading health experts, now say animal food, artificial ingredients, and pesticide-laden, chemically grown vegetables/fruit are the greatest contributor to disease . . . including psychological.

As a society conditioned by television, and capital-intensive marketing, slick and seductive packaging, and addictive food chemicals, it's no wonder there is a proliferation of degenerative disease in the world. People need to awaken from the morning coffee and pastry mentality…

What You Eat is YOUR Responsibility.

Sure, you can put your head into the sand, and simply hope or assume that some government agency, or other control will make sure that what you eat is good for you, and go along as always wondering why you're often sick, hyperactive, can't think clearly, or just seem to lack energy.

Or you can wake up and take action by learning the importance of good food in your life.

Everyone needs to eat, yet most everyone eats poorly resulting in a poorer quality of life. Everyone can benefit. From a mother's torment with her hyperactive child, to work-related issues. . .from better love-making, to a better corporate bottom-line, food plays a major role in our lives. Yet, few people, gobbling down an "artificial" lunch, pay it the time of day

Bravo Schmid, popularly called the Organic Gourmet, was trained as a Master chef in Vienna, Austria, and combines his knowledge of fine gourmet cuisine preparation with awareness, and a deep spiritual attunement. He has a positive attitude towards the joy of eating and the natural way of living. He  worked as Head Chef for several international health rejuvenation organizations, and had his own restaurant on the west coast of Florida. He now resides in Asheville, North Carolina where continues to learn and develop new and unique ways to bring people back to food in a rich and healthful way.

Bravo, a pre-med student, has traveled world-wide, and speaks English, German, French, Italian and Spanish, and enjoys learning of the indigenous food cultures of many countries.
