The Setting, etc...

An introductory Cosmic Love Event, an Evening Theatre, and a One Day Event can be held in a hotel, holistic center or large home. Lectures and Parties can be in a hotel, large home or club.

Theatre Tantra is performed at a secluded resort, retreat or large home. For this, there should be one room big enough to accommodate all participants lying in an inner and outer circle (about 24 ft. x 24 ft.). There should be no mold or dampness, and the space should free of artificial or other odors, and noise ...and be totally private.

Whether in a hotel or resort, there should be fresh flowers in the group room each day. The group room floor should be carpeted (be sure carpet is cleaned) or have mats. There should also be a cushion, (participants are asked to bring their own cushion/pillow) blindfold and towel for each participant. Also natural massage oils, beeswax candles, and plenty of tissues and paper towels.

The location for Theatre Tantra can be in or near mountains, desert, seashore, lake or island and should include a food preparation area and cooking provisions, as well as storage and refrigeration. Although not a requirement, the use of nearby outdoors in privacy is a definite plus....

Sleeping accommodations for a Theatre Tantra event should be at the same facility, or within the same complex, with a change of bedding each night (sheets/pillow cases), and clean wool or cotton blankets.

Note: The Cosmic Love Event is non-residential with participants returning to their homes or hotel rooms after each day's events on Saturday and Sunday. Again, there is no nudity or explicit sexual contact in a Cosmic Love event, Evening event or One Day event.

For all events, there should be a quality sound system. Two microphones with a 30 foot cord and cordless microphones are required.

Although not a firm requirement, there should be a shower room/facility that accommodates 1/2 of the participants at any one time in a single room/area, indoors or outdoors (summer).

Cosmic Love Event
Enroll 70 people and make a Producer's Profit of $8,000!

24 performers (participants) minimum (gender balance, 12 men and 12 women minimum) is required to perform the Cosmic Love Event. The Nepal Institute fee for conducting the introductory, Cosmic Love Event is $2,000 minimum This does not include producer's promotional expenses, travel expenses, and venue. There is a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the minimum number of performers, or $500.

There is a charge of $65 per additional person over the 24 person minimum. This additional charge must be paid prior to start of event. Producer is responsible for all promotional and venue costs.

Suggested participant cost c $295 per person, and $500 per male-female couple. This offers the producer between 30% and 60% of the profits.

Deposit must be paid at time of booking an event. Expenses must also be paid prior to start of event. These are US rates. Foreign rates are proportionate to the economic standards of a country, in some countries less, and in some countries more.

Theatre Tantra

The minimum fee to produce the Intensive is $3000. This does not include producer's promotional ex-penses, travel expenses, and venue, including food or accommodations.. There is a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the minimum, or $750, to book an event.

There is a minimum requirement of 24 performers (12 men and 12 women) for the Theatre Tantra Intensive Event. There is a charge of $125 per person in excess of 24 up to 100 people which is the maximum. This additional charge must be paid prior to start of event.

Suggested participant cost $395 per person, and $700 per male-female couple.

Producer is responsible for the following: all promo-tional costs, venue, accommodations, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner for each participant. Plus private accommodations for Virato and Dhiraja, who must also be consulted on food selection and preparation.

One-Day Theatre Tantra

The minimum fee to produce an experiential One Day Event (10 AM- 7 PM) is $1,000. This does not include venue, and promotional costs, or travel expenses, which are producer's responsibility. A 50% non-refundable deposit, or $500, is required to book an Experiential One Day Event. Minimum 12 men and 12 women.

There is a charge of $45 per additional person over the minimum. This additional charge must be paid prior to start of event.

Suggested participant cost is $95 per person, and $165 for a male-female couple. Male/Female balance required. Touching but no nudity are a part of the one-day event. Lunch not included.

Evening Event

The minimum fee to produce an experiential Evening Event (7 PM- 10 PM) is $600. A 75% non-refundable deposit, or $450, is required to book an experiential Evening Event. Minimum cast 12 men and 12 women. There is a charge of $20 per additional person over the minimum. This additional charge must be paid prior to start of event.

Suggested participant cost is $45 per person, and $75 per male-female couple. Male/Female balance required. Producer is responsible for all promotional and venue costs. Touching, but no nudity in Evening Event.

Tantra Lecture

The minimum fee to produce a Tantra Lecture (about 2 hours in length) is $375. This does not include venue, and promotional costs, or travel expenses, which are producer's responsibility. A 100% non-refundable deposit, or $375, is required to book a lecture. Suggested attendee cost is $10 to $15 per person, and ranges from GP to R in rating (for whomever wishes to rate these events). This for up to 100 attendees.

No physical contact required in lectures. Add $5 per additional person over 100. Producer is responsible for all promotional and venue costs.

Tantra Party

A Tantra Party is an "experiential" fantasy event using a home, nightclub, or hotel. The minimum fee to produce a Tantra Party is $475. There is a charge of $20 for each additional person over 20. Fee does not include venue, promotional costs, or travel expenses, which are producer's responsibility. A 100% non-refundable deposit ($475), is required to book Tantra party.

The suggested admission is $60 for males, $40 for females, and $75 for male-female couples. NOTE: This is not a swingers' party!

General Information

A producer may choose to present several events in a series while Virato and Dhiraja are with them. In this way many more people can participate at whatever level and time they choose.

Nudity and/or explicit sexual sharing are not part of a Cosmic Love Event, One-Day Event, or Evening Event. The Intensive and experiential, Theatre Tantra Event does have nudity, and while not programmed, allows for explicit sexual sharing among consenting performers.

All Nepal Institute events, while fun and exciting, are essentially spiritual and psychological for healing and well being, and definitely not pornographic or lascivious. All "performers" take themselves lightly and immerse in the celebration and life renewal psycho-spiritual dance. Through the play (leela), performers witness existence as it is, and how they affect it at every turn.

Virato and Dhiraja are available to travel anywhere in the world. These events are heterosexual, yet present an individual's male and female components.

All Nepal Institute events are for adults, therefore no one under the legal age limit in a particular community or country where the event is being held is permitted to attend an event. This is the responsibility of producer, who assumes full conscious and legal responsibility.

Drugs or alcohol are not permitted during these events, and participants are asked to refrain from using any mind-altering substances, including, but not limited to marijuana, cocaine, LSD, heroin, peyote, mescaline, psilocybin, ecstasy, etc., for 7 days prior to attending an event. He also suggests no alcohol the day of the event (parties and lectures exempt). No smoking at events, except in designated areas, and at designated times.

Participants are asked not to eat meat or strong smelling foods, such as garlic, for at least 24-48 hours prior to an event. He also asks that your body be squeaky clean, with no perfumes or scents of ANY kind. Name tags are never used at these events.

No visual or audio recording devises are permitted at events, including parties and lectures. The Nepal Institute must approve all promotional materials used to promote an event which they conduct, alone, or with others.

Deposit

Deposits are non-refundable if client/sponsor/producer cancels a performance or other event, for whatever reason. However, if Swami Virato and/or Ma Dhiraja are/is unable to conduct the event, the full deposit will be refunded.

.Expenses
Expenses include round-trip economy class airfare to the nearest airport to venue, all ground transportation (limo, taxi or auto rental), if more than 500 miles from Asheville, or $1.50 per mile if less than 500 miles and all meals during travel, and all private lodging and meals at venue location for Swami Virato and Ma Dhiraja.
