After almost 20 years as a family-owned business focused on high-end catering and special events, the David Ellis Group found itself in the enviable position of being too busy to focus on their marketing and branding efforts. Although firmly established as one of the top event caterers in the metro-NY region, the company lacked a cohesive branding strategy that united all the divisions, and their websites were out of date, preventing them from taking their business to the next level.
Solution
After meeting with the partners and undertaking an in-depth study of the entire David Ellis Group and their services, we developed a master brand strategy for the company while uniquely defining each individual enterprise. Working closely with the client enabled the team to create this synergistic suite of brand identity and websites that established a distinctive voice for each brand while simultaneously communicating the relationship among them.
Results
This comprehensive rebranding of all the different enterprises under the David Ellis Group umbrella provided a cohesive look and feel to all the companies while letting their individual personalities shine through. There is clear consumer definition between all their catering divisions—served up in a very tasteful way.
